Noah Harry Herrick

Mr. N. Harry Herrick is the principal attorney of a government contract law and consulting firm in Oak Ridge, TN. Mr. Herrick has over 17 years of experience practicing Federal Government Contract Law, including litigation experience before administrative bodies and Federal courts and transactional experience involving procurement and administration of commercial, State and Federal Government contracts and contract vehicles for a wide range of requirements in the U.S. and abroad.

Mr. Herrick began his career as a Judge Advocate (JAG) in the US Air Force where he was responsible for O&M contracts, contingency contracts, and standard IT systems.

He spent the next 10-years as Associate Counsel for the Department of Navy, Office of General Counsel (OGC), where he was responsible for the contracting matters of a Federal Laboratory and the Executive Agent for Construction and Design.

Mr. Herrick has extensive experience with bid protests, REAs, certified claims, and source-selections, in both an advisory capacity and as lead-counsel in litigation.
