Nicole M. Conger is an Employee Rights Attorney who represents clients across Texas who are subjected to illegal treatment with their current or former employers. Nicole received her law degree Magna Cum Laude from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2011 where she was an Associate Editor for the St. Mary’s Law Journal, member of the Board of Advocates, as well as, clerking for the Honorable Emilio M. Garza on the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.
Nicole’s practice focuses on labor disputes against large and small companies in various Texas and Federal jurisdictions. She has successfully represented employees through the EEOC and litigation processes with claims arising out of the Texas Labor Code, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the FLSA, and the Pregnancy Discrimination Act. Nicole brings her passion, eagerness, and enthusiasm by continuing to represent clients with discrimination, retaliation, medical leave interference, work-place harassment, LGBT-Related sexual orientation and gender identity issues, and hostile work environment claims.
Prior to attending law school, Nicole graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Texas at Austin in 2006 in the Top 2% of her class earning a Business Management degree from the Red McCombs School of Business. Nicole’s background in business allows her to lead clients in making some of the most challenging economic decisions, while balancing the emotions that clients face in daily realties of their claims.
Nicole is a member of the Texas Bar Foundation, State Bar of Texas, Texas Young Lawyers Association, Austin Bar Association, Texas Employment Lawyers, Texas Exes, and AYLA Leadership Academy Class of 2015. She is licensed to practice in Texas, and admitted in all Federal Courts. The Texas Bar Foundation recently honored Nicole as Fellow in the top one-third of 1% of attorneys.
