Nicolas Charles Oehler
I am a corporate attorney with a deep passion for contributing positively to my community. I collaborate with professionals, businesses, and individuals who share my commitment to driving beneficial changes and creating significant impacts locally.
My career path has been diverse, including positions such as a law clerk, assistant prosecutor, and judicial extern at the U.S. District Courts. I also held a position as a legal intern at GE Lighting. During my time in law school, I was a certified legal intern involved in both the Civil Litigation Clinic and Transactional Clinic, and I worked as a Research Assistant. Prior to law school, I interned with a health system and was involved with various charitable organizations, where I acquired valuable insights and skills that have greatly influenced my approach to law.
I earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law, where I graduated summa cum laude. I also hold a bachelor’s degree in health care administration from Bowling Green State University, graduating summa cum laude. My academic contributions include being published in the Akron Law Review and serving as a Production Editor. My dedication to pro bono work was recognized with a Certificate of Achievement from the Supreme Court of Ohio and the Ohio Access to Justice Foundation. Additionally, I was honored with the 2020 Outstanding Senior in Public Health award from BGSU.
Currently, my practice is centered on corporate, construction, and real estate law. I assist in business transactions and provide advice on matters such as entity formation, governance, mergers, acquisitions, real estate, construction, and other general corporate issues.
