Nicholas J. Roselli was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and grew up in South Florida. He attended Pope John Paul II High School in Boca Raton, Florida. Thereafter, Nick attended Auburn University, in Auburn, Alabama, where he was a member of the Pi Lambda Sigma, pre- law honor society, and graduated with Cum Laude Honors, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. After college, Nick attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree. While attending law school, Nick worked as a Law Clerk with the law firm of Roselli & McNelis, obtaining practical experience in all aspects of the legal practice involving the Representation of the Injured and Their Families. During college, Nick also worked part-time as an investigator and legal intern with Roselli ? McNelis where he assisted the firm in cases involving all types of personal injury and wrongful death claims. Nick has had experience working on cases which involved motor vehicle and trucking accidents, motorcycle and bicycle accidents, sports and recreational injuries, boating and water craft accidents, medical malpractice and nursing home claims, medication error and pharmacy negligence, premises liability, and employment claims. Nick is professionally a member of The Florida Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association, the American Association of Justice ( formerly known as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America ), the Broward County Bar Association, Broward County Justice Association, South Palm Beach County Bar Association, Palm Beach County Justice Association and the National Italian American Bar Association. Nick is also a member of the Auburn Alumni Association, the Gold Coast Auburn Club, the Pope John Paul II High School Alumni Association, the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center Alumni Association, and St. Jude Catholic Church.
