
Natalie Finkelman Bennett
Natalie Finkelman Bennett is a Partner at Miller Shah LLP in the firm’s Philadelphia office.
She earned her undergraduate degree with high honors from Pennsylvania State University, where she was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. She then obtained her law degree from Temple University School of Law, graduating with high honors and serving as the Managing Editor of the Temple Law Review. Following law school, Natalie clerked for former Chief Judge Farnan of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware before joining Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis. In 1996, she became an associate at Mager Liebenberg & White, focusing on antitrust and consumer protection class action litigation. Two years later, she co-founded the law firm Liebenberg & White before joining Shepherd Finkelman Miller & Shah LLP in 2000, which later became Miller Shah LLP in 2021.
Natalie has been presented at numerous legal panels, including the NACA 2021 Spring Training on Auto Defect Class Action Issues, PLI’s Women Lawyers in Leadership (2020), the American Bar Association’s 2017 Spring Meeting (“Advertising Bargains – Is the Price Right?”), and Strafford Webinars on class action notice requirements (2016).
She is a member of the American Bar Association and a former member of the Temple American Inn of Court and the Pennsylvania Bar Association Commission on Women in the Profession. Additionally, she has mentored law students and served on the Board of Directors of her synagogue.
Currently residing in Wallingford, Pennsylvania, Natalie is actively involved in community and charitable initiatives. Her legal practice focuses on antitrust and consumer litigation, with extensive experience representing clients in cases involving wage and hour disputes, defective products, qui tam actions, and unfair trade practices.
