I am Moses Kim, the Founding Partner of The Moses Firm, where I represent individuals who have suffered severe and catastrophic injuries, as well as families who have lost loved ones due to medical malpractice and serious personal injuries. My commitment to providing excellent representation has earned me recognition as one of Georgia’s Legal Elite by Georgia Trend Magazine and a “Preeminent” rating by Martindale-Hubbell, along with a “10/10” Avvo rating.
Before I began representing plaintiffs, I spent several years defending companies, doctors, hospitals, and business owners in complex, high-stakes cases. This experience on the “inside” equipped me with valuable insights on how to maximize recoveries for my clients.
I completed my undergraduate studies at Emory University, majoring in Political Science and serving as the President of the Student Government Association. I pursued my legal education at the University of North Carolina School of Law in Chapel Hill, where I was the Chief Justice of the Moot Court team and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers for my achievements. Additionally, I have been recognized for my community service in Atlanta as an Outstanding Atlanta honoree and a LEAD Atlanta graduate.
