Claimed Lawyer Profile

I represent individuals with a focus on Social Security Disability cases (requests for reconsideration, administrative appeals, and federal court appeals) as well as guardianships and conservatorships in Probate Court.

I previously worked at the Arizona Center for Disability Law where I focused on mental health issues. Before that I was an associate attorney with the firm of Corey & Kime, P.C. in Tucson, Arizona. After law school, I had the privilege of working as a law clerk for the Honorable Louis H. Pollak, United States District Court Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

I graduated from Washington University School of Law with a J.D. in May 2000 (Class Rank: Top 3%).

In May 1995, I received a Master of Social Work degree from San Francisco State University.

Legal Publication: Michelle Michelson, Recent Development, The Admissibility of Expert Testimony on Battering and Its Effects After Kumho Tire, WASH.U.L.Q. (Spring 2001).
