Our office in Reston (Fairfax County), Virginia is conveniently located in Northern Virginia, just off the Dulles Toll Road, within 7 miles of Dulles Airport and within a half hour drive of Washington, DC, Loudoun County, and communities throughout the greater DC metro area, including Alexandria, Arlington, Ashburn, Falls Church, Fairfax, Herndon, Leesburg, McLean, and Sterling. For over ten years our office has been representing individual clients and companies throughout the United States as well as companies based in other countries, including England, France, Germany, Sweden, and Finland.
On behalf of businesses and individuals, our firm assists in securing permission to enter the United States in a number of different visa classifications based on employment, family, education, or investment. Legal counsel and representation are provided for employment and family based immigrant petitions, non-immigrant visas (including E-1, E-2, H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, O-1, and TN), fiancé visas (K-1), applications for labor certification (PERM applications), work authorization, political asylum, naturalization, and other immigration matters.
