Matthew Kraeuter
Frost Law
Matthew leads the business and litigation practice areas at Frost Law since he joined the firm as a partner in 2020. Matthew’s substantial litigation, business, and government contracting experience allows him to bring practical advice and value-driven strategies to the firm’s clients.
Prior to joining Frost Law, Matthew served as an in-house counsel for a federal defense contractor. He assisted with negotiation and management, contract drafting, litigation avoidance and management, corporate compliance, and strategic relationships.
Matthew lives on the Eastern Shore, Maryland. He travels between Frost Law Headquarters in Annapolis, Maryland, and the firm’s office located in Ocean City, Maryland.
