Matthew Christian LaDuke
Attorney in Kanner &Pintaluga’s Personal Injury Practice
I represent victims who have suffered injuries in various situations such as automobile accidents, boating accidents, slip & falls, dog bites, and negligent maintenance of property.
Before I joined Kanner & Pintaluga, I worked as a Tax Resolution Attorney where I negotiated tax debt settlements against the IRS. I understand the significant impact that a skilled negotiator can have on someone's life. In addition to my legal background, I also have substantial experience in management, construction, and real estate, which I gained while working as a Project Manager on contract with a statewide franchise utility provider. I leverage this diverse background to effectively serve clients dealing with premises liability cases.
I earned my B.A. in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University, focusing on Pre-Law, Diplomacy, and Dispute Resolution. I then pursued my J.D. at Florida International University College of Law. During my time in law school, I clerked for the Miami-Dade School Board Attorney’s Office and the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County. My dedication to community service during law school was recognized when I received the 2014 FIU College of Law Pro Bono Community Service Award.
