Mary Kennelly

Mary Kennelly represents employees in state and federal court and before the EEOC and state fair employment agencies in cases involving age, race and sex discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblower retaliation and violations of wage and hour laws, family medical leave laws and the Americans with Disabilities Act. She has consistently obtained favorable jury verdicts, court rulings and private settlement for her clients. She was named "Lawyer of the Year" by Best Lawyers for Employment Law--Individuals, Madison 2017 and she has been consistently recognized in Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers for her work in labor and employment law.
