Mark A. Gomez, Esq. is the CEO and founding attorney of Gomez Law, APC, a California-based law firm dedicated to defending and advancing the real estate rights of individuals and families. Under Mark’s leadership, the firm has secured millions of dollars for clients and built a reputation for legal excellence in real estate, estate planning, probate, and civil litigation. He manages a growing team of legal professionals and drives strategic initiatives that ensure high-impact representation across a wide range of property-related disputes.
Mark’s legal career began at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, where he developed a strong foundation in client advocacy. He later focused on real estate litigation, handling foreclosure and eviction matters with a focus on achieving meaningful outcomes—including high-stakes appellate victories such as Valbuena v. Ocwen (2015), which set a precedent in the 4th Appellate District.
In addition to litigation, Mark has contributed to the field through legal scholarship. He co-authored “Bona Fide Purchasers and Inquiry Notice”, a piece published by the California Lawyers Association that explored critical issues in title disputes. A licensed attorney in all California state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, Mark holds a J.D. from Rutgers Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside.
Mark is also a real estate investor and understands firsthand the challenges property owners face. Outside of law, he enjoys music, basketball, and time with family and friends. His mission is rooted in the belief that protecting property rights is foundational to long-term wealth and stability—especially for working families.
