Marian Birge has extensive experience representing clients in litigation, before administrative agencies, in mediation, and through negotiations. The firm places a principal focus on employment law, and Ms. Birge’s experience includes litigation of business disputes and fraud claims. Ms. Birge is an experienced appellate lawyer, and a trained mediator. She has served as a member of the Board of Directors and as a Vice President of the North San Diego County Bar Association, and as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego, California. Ms. Birge was admitted to the California State Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District in December 1995, and to United States District Court, Eastern District in June 1999.
