Maria Rockwell
Attorney Maria Rockwell focuses her practice on probate and fiduciary litigation, domestic relations and civil appeals. Ms. Rockwell is a summa cum laude graduate of Providence College and a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School. She served as a law clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court for several years, working directly with the justices of the court on a wide variety of probate, family and equity issues.
Ms. Rockwell serves on the Committee for Public Counsel Services’ Children and the Law Program, on both the trial and appellate panels. The Probate and Family Court has appointed Ms. Rockwell on numerous occasions to serve as guardian ad litem with respect to issues surrounding the allowance of wills, probate accounts and child custody issues.
She has participated in numerous continuing legal education programs and also served on a panelist on issues relating to paternity, guardianships and trusts. She is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Worcester County Bar Association.
