Specifically, we are focussed on an intergovernmental agreement and a permanent joint zoning overlay, in preparation for the formation of a Chapter 353 Redevelopment Corporation.

Activities: Chair of joint municipal body tasked with exploring redevelopment opportunities around the Olive Blvd. and I-170 interchange, a major local interchange. Collaboration with various state and local agencies, special attention to transit-oriented development possibilities, joint governance structures and tax incentives took up a large part of our discussions. Both City Councils ultimately approved and adopted our recommendations
