Hire Her!!! Let me start by saying, I met Madeline the day after I came home from a leadership conference to my house empty and my 16m/o daughter gone. It was surreal and terrifying as my former partner and I were having no relationship problems and I was actually 3 weeks away from proposing to her. I was blindsided. ENTER MADELINE PINCKERT! From the beginning, Madeline was with me every step of the way, explaining in detail what I was facing and what my options were. For an unmarried father, with a child under the age of 3 and an ex partner lobbying false accusations immediately, she told me it would be a difficult road ahead. Madeline put her head down and went to work diligently processing all the information I was giving her, as well as putting together a strategy to help resolve the issues I was facing with an unwilling coparent. Her work ethic paid off immediately. I went from not seeing my daughter for 6 weeks, to our Temporary Orders hearing where I was awarded sole custody for make up time that I had missed, then a JMC possession & access schedule that gave me more time than a standard SPO.
