Lisa Weingarten Richards

Mrs. Richards received her undergraduate degree from Columbia University and her law degree from NYU School of Law. She worked for a federal government agency for many years before entering the private sector, and her time there informs much of her understanding of government actors and gives her unique insight into the government. She has a wide range of experience in litigation, in regulatory matters, and with contracts. She has been praised for her creativity, strong analytical ability, and her determination. She enjoys helping clients receive compensation for harms they have experienced as well as clearing the name of people unfairly accused of crimes. She enjoys both the intellectual and collaborative practice of law and making a difference in the lives of her clients.
