Lisa Lynn Coggins

Lisa, a director at Ferry Joseph, P.A., concentrates her practice on the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration and litigation, elder law, including but not limited to guardianship actions, commercial bankruptcy and business formation and documentation. Lisa routinely represents individuals, businesses, executors/personal representatives, trustees, Chapter 7 trustees, litigation/liquidation trustees, plan administrators and municipalities in various matters throughout Delaware. Additionally, Lisa often serves as a court appointed attorney ad litem in guardianship actions and represents clients through Delaware Volunteer Legal Services. Lisa has been certified as a mediator by the Superior Court for the State of Delaware and is listed on the register of mediators for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Lisa received her B.A. from the University of Delaware and her J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School.
