Liam Krahe

Liam Krahe focuses his practice on community association law. He represents clients in a broad range of community association and real estate matters, including transactional work; drafting amendments and opinion letters; performing contract and lease review; and preparing and conducting meetings, and providing legal counsel to the officers, directors and property managers of community associations.

Mr. Krahe served as in-house counsel for a real estate development company, focusing on commercial real estate and land-use matters.
