Q. Can I request removal and reimbursement for a delayed solar panel project?
A: You need to retain an experienced civil litigation attorney. I have successfully handled a significant number of these cases. The typical situation is that one company sells the solar panels and a different company installs them. Realistically the average Defendant Solar panel company that sells the solar panels, not only uses very high pressure sales tactics, but also damages the existing roof when the solar panels are installed. Not all damages will be obvious and in the typical case, the companies violate the New Jersey Home Improvement Contract Act, the Statute of Frauds, and most importantly the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, which provides for triple damages plus attorney fees. You should expect to pay for 1/2 to 1 hour of attorney time for a consolation and while you are at all times responsible for your own legal fees, there is frequently a good chance of recovering them. Pick the best attorney you can find and remember one rule: a good attorney is generally never cheap, and a cheap attorney is generally never good so don't choose based on price. With modern technology, you can be represented by any high-quality attorney in New Jersey irrespective of geography. ... Read More
Q. Can I get a restraining order against my son's father and grandmother after they harmed my son?
A: You can certainly press criminal charges against both parties. Whether or not you can obtain a restraining order against the grandmother requires more facts. You may be able to obtain a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) on your own. Then if you get the TRO, you will need to retain an experienced matrimonial attorney to represent you in seeking a Final Restraining Order. Pick the best attorney you can find and remember one rule: a good attorney is generally never cheap, and a cheap attorney is generally never good so don't choose based on price. With modern technology, you can be represented by any high-quality attorney in New Jersey irrespective of geography.
Q. How can I proceed legally after questionable job offer with financial transactions and lost bank access?
A: You are being scammed! No legitimate company does things that way. They also wanted you to Commit fraud and/or money laundering for them. Your desperation for a job is clouding your judgment. You should report this to the FBI.

Do not do something like this again! Not trying to be harsh, just providing a reality check.
