Kyle Roby is an experienced trial attorney representing those who have been injured. He concentrates on representing people who have been seriously injured as a result of catastrophic tractor trailer and auto accidents, defective products, defective pharmaceutical products, defective medical devices, and recalled drugs. He is part of the team at ELPO representing a number of individuals injured by tainted epidural steroid injections manufactured by New England Compounding Company.
Kyle is a member of the American, Kentucky and Bowling Green-Warren County Bar Associations, the American Association for Justice and the Kentucky Justice Association. He is licensed to practice in Kentucky and Tennessee as well as federal courts. He has been practicing law since October 2008. He has an undergraduate degree from Centre College and attended law school at Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. He is a native of Owensboro, Kentucky, and currently lives in Bowling Green. Kyle was named partner at ELPO in January 2016.
