Mr. Vaughan’s practice covers a wide array of intellectual property matters. He provides counsel to businesses and individuals who are seeking to establish and/or protect their portfolio of creative ideas, which may include copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets. Mr. Vaughan helps clients to identify, register, license, or transfer their own intellectual property; he also counsels clients on avoiding liability for infringement of others’ rights. Whenever conflict arises, Mr. Vaughan offers his clients a number of tools to achieve a cost-effective and desirable resolution.
