Her responsibilities included negotiating lending, stock purchase, licensing, distribution and joint venture agreements, in addition to opening a Moscow office. She trained Russian attorneys under the auspices of the American Bar Association and Council for Trade and Economic Cooperation. Additionally, Juliette has brought her expertise to thousands of individuals through her teaching engagements, seminars and courses. She has lectured US and international audiences on issues of law and commerce, with a particular expertise in emerging markets and the Internet.
Juliette completed law studies from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, graduating cum laude, and serving as President of the International Law Society.
