Joshua Joe Langlois
Joshua practices in the area of general litigation. As a former collegiate athlete, he offers a unique skill set that allows him to provide his clients with high-quality, cost-effective representation. First, Joshua uses the perseverance and drive he learned on the field to fight relentlessly for every inch of ground on his clients’ behalf. He is an aggressive advocate, committed to zealously protecting his clients’ rights and interests. Second, Joshua understands the value of tireless preparation and attention to detail, which are just as crucial to success in the practice of law as they are in sports. He goes the extra mile in his preparation to ensure that his clients get the results they deserve. Third, Joshua’s background in athletics has taught him the value of teamwork. He works closely with his clients to develop a personal relationship with them, and to ensure that their needs are met throughout the entire course of representation. Joshua believes that giving his clients an active stake in their own cases gives them a more thorough understanding of the legal process, which alleviates much of the stress that often accompanies any legal dispute. Before law school, Joshua worked at his parents’ aircraft fabrication shop. In the time he spent there, he watched his parents’ hard work and dedication pay off as the shop expanded from three employees to fifty. This experience has given him a passion for helping people protect the businesses that they, like his parents, have invested their lives in and built from the ground up. Joshua received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Law, where he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award (given to the highest scoring student in each law school class) in Complex Litigation and Water Law. He received his B.S. with highest honors from Wichita State University, where he received the Criminal Justice Undergraduate Award, given to the top student in the Criminal Justice program.
