Joshua Erwin

Joshua Erwin is a compassionate Associate Attorney in our Lee’s Summit, MO office. He can assist individuals throughout Jackson County, Missouri, and nearby with their family law needs.

Joshua earned his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida in December 2013. Before earning his law degree, he attended Rockhurst University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in May 2008. Joshua is currently licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri.

Before joining the Lee’s Summit, MO divorce and family law attorneys at Stange Law Firm, Joshua spent the previous 10 years working in solo practice. In doing so, he gained valuable experience representing clients in multiple jurisdictions in Missouri in a wide range of legal fields, including family law. He also worked to maintain client case files and manage all day-to-day business activities, finances, and marketing efforts. He also recently spent a year working as a Tax Return Preparer for Liberty Tax Service. Joshua enjoys giving back to his community and has previously volunteered as an Usher for St. Anthony’s Church in Kansas City, at a Food Pantry for Catholic Charities in Orlando, and has also assisted with charitable efforts for organizations including Project Shining Stars, Project Warmth, Catholic Charities, and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
