Q. Can you review my contract to see if it will hold up in court?
A: Only a lawyer whom you have spoken with and hired can give you legal advice, including about the validity of a contract. You should contact a contract lawyer.
Q. How do you file a complaint on a lawyer for lying to you? So it’s documented on the state side or even federal!
A: You have two options if you believe your retained attorney has lied to you and that it has caused a detrimental outcome to your case:

1. Contact an attorney if you believe you have evidence of legal malpractice. You will need to specify the facts which form your belief that the attorney in question "breached the standard of care" for attorneys in his field, and that but for the lawyer's conduct, your case would have turned out differently.

2. Contact your state bar association or state supreme court (whoever regulates lawyer conduct in your state) and ask to speak with a staffer or attorney in the professional regulation division. They can provide you with the forms for filing a complaint. Your complaint may include allegations of malpractice and/or unethical misconduct, but you will need to show the regulator how the attorney conduct violates a specific rule of professional conduct (the written ethics rules for lawyers in your state.) ...
