Joe’s practice is devoted to all aspects of Divorce and Family Law. While Joe focuses his practice on complex and high net worth matrimonial disputes, he represents men and women from all walks of life. His clients include business owners, doctors, attorneys, corporate executives, financial advisors, professional athletes, celebrities, television/radio personalities, teachers, policeman, firemen and accountants. Joe spends every day negotiating and litigating divorce cases. The issues include alimony, child custody, parenting time, child support, distribution of assets and liabilities, business valuations, protection of exempt assets, family trusts, domestic violence, same sex marriage, prenuptial agreements and appeals. Joe is also a R. 1:40 Qualified Mediator where he conducts both private and court appointed mediations. Joe regularly appears and is very active in Monmouth, Ocean, Somerset and Middlesex Counties. Joe serves on the Family Law Executive Committees in Ocean and Monmouth Counties. Joe also serves as an Early Settlement Panelist in Monmouth and Middlesex Counties. Joe is a frequent lecturer and author on New Jersey Family Law with various organizations and the Institute of Continuing Legal Education (“ICLE”).
