Biography

Jordan Wright is a dedicated personal injury attorney committed to helping individuals and families get the justice and compensation they deserve after an accident. Based in South Florida, Jordan represents clients across Fort Lauderdale, Miami, West Palm Beach, Fort Pierce, and throughout the state who have been seriously injured due to car accidents, trucking accidents, product liability, medical malpractice, slip and falls, dangerous job sites, wrongful death, and other life-altering incidents.

Known for a down-to-earth approach, fierce advocacy, and relentless work ethic, Jordan brings both compassion and results to every case. Whether standing up to powerful insurance companies or holding negligent businesses accountable, Jordan fights to make sure everyday people aren’t left behind.

With deep roots in the local community here and a passion for helping others through hard times, Jordan joined Hersh Kirtman Injury Law with one mission in mind: to stand up for people when they need it most.

Q. Concerned about pain and lack of side effect warning after cosmetic procedure in FL
A: I'm sorry to hear that you're dealing with ongoing pain after your procedure. While some level of discomfort can be expected after cosmetic surgery, persistent pain and unexpected side effects, especially if you feel they weren’t properly disclosed, can raise valid concerns.

In Florida, medical providers have a duty to fully inform patients about the known risks and potential complications of a procedure, so that patients can give informed consent. If those risks weren’t clearly communicated, and you're now suffering consequences you weren’t prepared for, you may want to speak with an attorney who handles medical malpractice or negligence cases.

An attorney can review the facts, including your medical records and consent forms, to determine if the doctor fell short of their legal obligations and whether you may have a claim. There are also time limits (statutes of limitation) in Florida for these types of claims, so it's important not to wait too long.

In the meantime, it might also be helpful to get a second medical opinion. This is especially true if you’re still in pain or concerned about the medication's long-term effects.

I hope this helps, and I wish you relief and clarity moving forward. -- Jordan Wright
