In the real estate depression, I learned about the difficulties people can experience with their real estate and businesses and decided to specialize in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. That is my specialty at this time--it enables me to help people to reorganize and keep their businesses and reduce their real estate loans on their business and rental properties to today's fair market value. I am also able to strip 2nd loans from clients' primary homes where there is no equity to support it. In addition, I work with clients on their short sale and deed in lieu agreements. It is extremely important that clients be aware of the potentially harmful consequences these agreements can have on their futures if not handled properly.
