Jennifer K. Whipple is an Attorney with over 20 years of civil litigation experience. Prior to founding Whipple Law Group, Ms. Whipple served as In-house Litigation Counsel and Assistant General Counsel to the world's largest fresh-packed tomato processor and prior to that, she was a Partner at an AV-rated firm. Ms. Whipple advises parents regarding their child’s educational rights and advocates for and defends the legal rights of children with special needs at Individualized Education Program (“IEP”) meetings, mediations, Due Process Proceedings and in federal court. Ms. Whipple is a member of the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates, Inc. (“COPAA”), a nonprofit network of attorneys, advocates, parents and related professionals dedicated to protecting and enforcing legal and civil rights of students with disabilities and of the California Association for Parent-Child Advocacy (“CAPCA”), a collaborative organization that monitors, analyzes, and responds to legislative and policy initiatives affecting the education of students with disabilities.

Ms. Whipple has extensive experience litigating wage and hour class actions. Ms. Whipple has served as a Guest Lecturer regarding employment law at U.C. Santa Cruz and is a Graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. Ms. Whipple is not currently accepting any employment cases and focuses her practice exclusively on representing children with disabilities and their parents in Special Education law matters.
