Jeffrey Hord
Associate, Paley Rothman
Jeffrey Hord is an Associate in the firm’s Employment Law and Litigation practice groups. He is an experienced, aggressive litigator who is admitted to practice in all the state and federal courts throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. A true trial lawyer, Jeff has successfully represented both individual and corporate clients in complex litigation, as well as in administrative proceedings before state and federal agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, the U.S. Department of Labor, and various local human rights commissions.
Prior to joining Paley Rothman, Jeff was a senior associate at several well-known litigation firms in Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C., where his practice centered on employment law, commercial litigation, and estate litigation. He also served as a professorial lecturer and mock trial coach at the American University Washington College of Law, instructing some of the nation’s top law students on all aspects of trial practice.
Jeff brings a zealous, competitive approach to each case that is reflected in his preparation and attention to detail. He prides himself on his communication skills and his accessibility to clients. He consistently dedicates the time that is necessary to develop a comprehensive understanding of each client’s unique circumstances, and works tirelessly to ensure that their assets and best interests are protected.
