Biography

I am an experienced attorney specializing in no-fault insurance benefits, personal injury practice, employment law, and consumer protection law, with offices in New York and Florida. Over my career, I have written numerous articles for the New York State Law Journal on no-fault practice and authored more than 500 appeals on no-fault issues across New York, New Jersey, and Florida. My work has significantly impacted legal precedent, including successful arguments before the Appellate Division regarding standing rights for injured persons and attorney fees in no-fault master arbitration awards. I have also tried over 500 no-fault cases to verdict, representing both insurance companies and medical providers.
