Mission Statement

Wisconsin consumer attorney Ivan Hannibal has spent his entire career representing the little guy against predatory businesses, swindlers, fraudsters, scammers and con men of almost every stripe. He founded the Auto Justice Law Office to help consumers fight back against the fraudulent, deceptive and illegal acts and practices committed by those in the auto industry.

Education

Ivan holds a bachelor’s degree in history and master’s degree in educational administration from the University of Wisconsin—Madison, and a law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Military Experience

Prior to earning his law degree, Ivan served with the 75th Ranger Regiment, a special operations unit of the U.S. Army. While serving in the regiment, he participated in Operation Just Cause, the U.S. invasion of Panama.

Legal Experience

Ivan has represented consumers in a wide variety of cases in state circuit courts and federal district courts throughout Wisconsin. He has also represented consumers before the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and Wisconsin Supreme Court.

Ivan has published legal articles, given interviews to a variety of media outlets and presented legal seminars on a wide range of consumer-related topics, including auto fraud, deceptive sales practices, and false and misleading advertising, among many others. He has also testified against proposed legislation that would negatively affect consumers before the Wisconsin Legislature.
