Harkiran Kaur Sekhon

Harkiran K. Sekhon is the founding attorney of Sekhon Law, PLLC. She is a Seattle University School of Law graduate and a postgrad participant in the Seattle University Incubator, a program dedicated to improving accessibility of legal services.

From the start, her goal has been to make estate planning accessible and less daunting. This is because everyone can benefit from having an estate plan. The reality is that none of us know when death or incapacity might happen. Estate planning helps prepare for these unknowns so families and loved ones are not left scrambling.

What makes Harkiran unique is her caring nature coupled with her straight-forward approach to estate planning. Talking over clients' heads and throwing around legal terms is not her style. Harkiran likes to empower her clients by making estate planning information digestible.

This is also why Sekhon Law, PLLC offers virtual and in-person legal services. Time is precious and estate plans are necessary for any adult. By offering virtual services, Washingtonians are able to get these critical documents together in an efficient manner.
