I am the owner of GWR Law, a firm dedicated to construction and real estate law. Before re-establishing my private practice, I served as in-house counsel at Kiewit, a company known for its heavy civil construction projects. My earlier legal career included positions at the law firms Haight Brown & Bonesteel and McInerney & Dillon.
My practice is primarily focused on complex construction litigation, real estate development, business formation, corporate governance, and risk management. Good work in these areas requires a deep understanding of the law and a commitment to resolving intricate legal challenges.
In addition to law, I have experience in financial and operational analysis from my time with the California State Teachers' Retirement System (CalSTRS). My role involved analysis and reporting on financial and operational performance, skills that I bring to my legal work.
I look forward to helping you with your legal needs.
