Biography

I have been practicing in the field of personal injury law for more than 40 years. I enjoy the close relationships, which I build with my clients throughout the course of a case. I do my best to put my clients at ease and trust that they feel safe and secure in the environment we have created in our firm. I represent people who suffer personal injuries arising from all types of motor vehicle accidents, such as car, bus, truck, and commercial vehicles. Also, injuries from motor vehicle accidents arising from uninsured and under-insured motor vehicles. I also prosecute slip and fall cases against commercial property owners, supermarkets and big box stores. I also represent people who have been injured by dog bites. In addition, I represent people injured in the course of their employment. These are commonly referred to as workers comp cases. In addition, I defend people charged with any type of motor Cecile violations (tickets), DWI, possession of CDS and other maters handling in our state's municipal courts.

Q. Need Workmen Compensation Attorney for Morris County, NJ
A: The WC judge was kind to clear the slate for you!! You should select a new attorney based upon their experience and their reviews. You can select an attorney from anywhere in the state as 99% of WC is done remotely now, except for trials. Gerald Siegel
Q. Is a widowed sister-in-law legally entitled to money damages in wrongful death suit of spouse's mother?
A: No.
Q. Lawyer never filed suits and statute of limitations have expired and is offering $15,000 check seems hush money
A: #1, it is unethical for a lawyer who blows a statute to try to settle with you without you being informed of your right to counsel and you obtaining an attorney. I strongly urge you not to accept any offer and cash the attorney's check without speaking with a personal injury lawyer who is Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Lawyer. #2, the attorney that you consult will want a complete history of the cases and the damages suffered by the injured parties. #3, there is a 6-year statute of limitations on legal malpractice claims, which starts from the date of the negligent act by the attorney. #4, I hope that this attorney has legal malpractice insurance.
