I have been practicing in the field of personal injury law for more than 40 years. I enjoy the close relationships, which I build with my clients throughout the course of a case. I do my best to put my clients at ease and trust that they feel safe and secure in the environment we have created in our firm. I represent people who suffer personal injuries arising from all types of motor vehicle accidents, such as car, bus, truck, and commercial vehicles. Also, injuries from motor vehicle accidents arising from uninsured and under-insured motor vehicles. I also prosecute slip and fall cases against commercial property owners, supermarkets and big box stores. I also represent people who have been injured by dog bites. In addition, I represent people injured in the course of their employment. These are commonly referred to as workers comp cases. In addition, I defend people charged with any type of motor Cecile violations (tickets), DWI, possession of CDS and other maters handling in our state's municipal courts.

- Arbitration Retraining, New Brunswick, New Jersey
- Middlesex County Bar Association
- I served as Panel Moderator for a Continuing Legal Education program for Retraining of Arbitrators serving in Middlesex County. All civil cases involving automobile accidents and other types of personal injuries go through mandatory, non-binding arbitration as part of the civil litigation process. The retraining is for those Arbitrators who have already undergone initial training to be qualified by the Superior Court to continue to serve.

- Q. How do I request to file a late tort claim?
- A: If you haven't filed the Tort Claims Notice within 90 days, your only choice is to file a Motion for Leave to file a Late Tort Claims Notice in the Superior Court. These are only granted by the Court sparingly for exceptional circumstances. I suggest that you speak with an attorney about this.
- Q. What statue is correct to file when a client at work bites you?
- A: You probably have a workers comp claim. You are entitled to certain benefits. Speak with a WC attorney.
I'm not sure a prosecutor would be interested pursuing a criminal case, and with a special needs individual, you're not going to get a lot of sympathy going after them on your own. Just being honest.
- Q. I broke my hand at a daycare 2 years ago it is not functioning well since can I still sew the daycare
- A: The urgent issue is whether the time to file a lawsuit has expired. You don't state the exact date of your accident. I would run, not walk to a personal injury or workers comp layer today.
