Biography

I've been an attorney for more 30 years and a municipal prosecutor in a host of towns for 25 years. I've also dealt with complex business matters while serving as corporate counsel and in other corporate leadership positions.

Before my legal career, I served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, including a tour as an infantry commander during the evacuation of Saigon and other cities in Vietnam. I am passionate about serving my fellow veterans and making sure they get the benefits they deserve.

We charge a nominal consultation fee but, if the client then retains our firm, we credit the client for the consultation fee by deducting that amount from the first invoice.

We charge standard, New Jersey approved, retainer fees for all personal injury and property damage cases. We also consider contingency fees on other matters after consultation with the client.
