Prosecuted disciplinary hearings against practitioners in various professions licensed by the Education Department. These included: architects, psychologists, accountants, engineers, pharmacists and nurses.

In the Homicide and Investigations Bureau I conducted investigations that included interviews of suspects and witnesses, search warrant applications and presentment of cases to grand juries. In the Arson and Economic Crimes Bureau prosecuted white collar crimes from commencement of an investigation including grand jury presentment, through trial and sentencing.

In the Environmental Crimes Unit supervised investigations in cases involving illegal dsposal of hazardous wastes and ground water pollution. Initiated investigations, made search warrant applications, presented cases to grand juries, conducted trials and upon convviction made sentencing recommendations.
