Erin will take the time to guide you through your planning process and effectively address any estate planning needs you may have.
Concerned about protecting your assets? Erin will work with you to develop comprehensive asset and tax planning strategies that will help protect all that you have worked for. Additionally, you can feel confident and at ease turning to Erin for help with navigating the complex world of Medicaid, either in advance of or when faced with the imminent need for long-term care.
Erin also has in-depth knowledge of federal and Connecticut public benefit programs and a robust track record of working with and advocating for individuals with disabilities. She is well versed in creating special needs trusts to preserve assets so an individual can maintain his or her quality of life.
Prior to joining Czepiga Daly Pope & Perri, Erin worked as a special education attorney and practiced with a nonprofit that helps individuals with disabilities live and work independently in the community.
Outside of the office, Erin enjoys running and has completed three half marathons. Most recently her running consists of chasing the family’s new puppy around! She’s a wife and mom of two and a travel enthusiast.
