Erik Luc-Edouard Andrieux
Specializing in Business, Corporate Healthcare & Real Estate Transactions
As a seasoned Business and Corporate Healthcare Attorney, I specialize in dental practice, small business, and real estate transactions. Known for my reputation as a trusted deal facilitator, I combine deep healthcare industry expertise with a results-driven, practical approach to each transaction. My focus is on delivering creative, efficient solutions to clients' legal challenges, leveraging strong negotiation skills and a client-first mindset.
I partner with clients at every stage of their business transactions—from preparing initial term sheets and drafting purchase agreements to negotiating deal terms, reviewing due diligence, and managing closings. In addition, healthcare practices and businesses turn to me for guidance on a wide range of corporate matters, including employment issues, operational compliance, legal documentation, and strategies for sustainable growth.
I received my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University and my Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. Prior to founding Andrieux Law, I worked as a transactional and litigation attorney for New York City and Nassau County law firms representing clients in an array of matters in the areas of corporate law, commercial and residential real estate transactions, landlord and tenant disputes, immigration law, and personal injury and medical malpractice cases.
