In his spare time Eric enjoys spending time with his son (Ethan) and his terrier (Ozzie) as well as staying fit. Eric is a four time Ironman Triathlete and avid tennis player. Eric is currently the Chairman of the Board of Education for the Tuscaloosa City School system where he is serving his second four year term.
Eric believes strongly in the "fresh start" afforded by the bankruptcy code and vigorously defends consumers in lawsuits, collections, foreclosures, fair credit reporting, fair debt collection, student loan and tax discharge cases.
