Donna Peery

After starting as a solo practitioner, Donna Peery developed her career in litigation with a federal judicial clerkship with former Chief Judge Jorge A. Solis of the Northern District of Texas. Her work representing clients in commercial litigation matters has taken her through federal and state courts in Texas and the D.C. area, in subject matters of business litigation, ERISA, and white collar criminal defense. Donna predominantly focuses on commercial and insurance coverage litigation, collaborating with clients to help them achieve their greater business goals. Donna also works with individual clients in the Federal Labor and Employment arena, assisting them with remedies for grievances arising in their federal employment.
