Ms. Minor handles all types of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, property division, spousal support, and other family legal issues. As a York County divorce lawyer, she also has experience with the unique issues surrounding military divorce, LGBTQ+ divorce, and fathers’ rights.
Ms. Minor earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University and an MBA degree from Pfeiffer University. After pursuing a career in the financial and healthcare corporate sectors, she earned a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. While there, she was a Derrick A. Bell Student Research Fellow and earned the school’s Pro Bono Service Award for her volunteer work.
Ms. Minor is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and the South Carolina Bar and is licensed to practice in courts in both states. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the District of South Carolina and the Western District of North Carolina.
