I am a professional mediator serving business and construction when disputes arise. As a mediator, I work as a neutral third party with the goal to resolve disputes or to remove the debris from business relations so that you can concentrate on moving forward in your business. Mediating disputes keeps those disputes confidential and out of the courts.
I have participated in hundreds of mediation sessions as well as in arbitrations during my 30 years as a California attorney practicing in the areas of contract disputes, family business issues and construction contract disputes. I also have had a CA general contractors license for over 20 years and I understand the unique character of the construction business as well as the issues that arise in family owned and small businesses.
