Q. my 39 year old son is conspiring with a lawyer to defraud me....the lawyer has my son spying on me to get me out of my h
A: I am sorry to hear this. Are you the sole owner of the home? Does your son live with you as a tenant and stopped paying rent? If your son does not own the home and does not have any type of lease with you, you could seek to have him removed from your home. However, it is best to consult with an attorney that specializes in this area of law.
Q. Signed expired purchase agreement on home. Contract states if not signed by seller and accepted by buyer before expirati
A: This is basic contract law. There are 3 essential elements to a contract. Offer, Acceptance and Consideration. An offer typically has a time limit and if it does not it will be based on a reasonable time. Since there is a time limit on the purchase agreement in question, the offer expires when the time limit has passed. If one of the parties has signed that same agreement, that can be considered a new offer, or counteroffer and the other party would have to accept that new offer by signing it.

Certainly, if both parties are still interested in moving forward with the agreement they can always do so.
Q. Recently sold my property AS IS buyer cut down trees judge gave me until 15th for my stuff out can I sell the trees
A: If you sell your house "as is" you are leaving the property to the new owner the way it is with all of its flaws and conditions in conjunction with the terms of your contract of sale. Typically, if you are moving out of house, you take your personal belongings and anything else that was excluded from the sale. Did your attorney craft any clauses in the contract regarding the trees? Have you spoken with the new owner to see if you can take the trees? They may be open to you removing them from the yard, it's a good idea to have a discussion with them or have your attorney or real estate agent do this for you.
