Dean Weinreich brings 25 years of civil litigation experience to Syverson, Lesowitz & Gebelin. Dean earned his law degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 1993, where he clerked for federal administrative law judge Sandra M. Moore.
Dean has represented both corporate clients and individuals in a large variety of legal disputes, ranging from business torts, contract disputes, trade secrets litigation, unfair business practices, and labor and employment matters, among others. Dean's clientele has spanned a wide range of industries, including banking, information technology, the home improvement industry, as well as non-profit organizations and public-sector employee organizations. Dean has appeared before both the state and federal courts in California.
Although a seasoned civil litigation attorney, Dean also has experience in transactional matters, such as drafting contracts, confidentiality agreements, partnership agreements and employee handbooks.
