David Paul Weber
Big City Experience, Small Town Values
I am a big-city attorney who practices on Main Streets in Gaithersburg, MD and on Chincoteague Island, VA. I am a licensed attorney (Maryland, Virginia, DC), certified fraud examiner (nationwide), and registered private investigator (Virginia). Before starting my own law practice, I was a National Park Ranger, a law clerk to a federal judge, a U.S. government prosecutor, and a criminal investigator. I completed my career as the Assistant Inspector General for the Securities and Exchange Commission. In private practice, nearly all my cases involve litigation - meaning trial work - but the cases vary from criminal, employment, family, probate and inheritance disputes, to defending clients who have rightfully used force in defending themselves. The constant connection between all these cases is that I am hired to help good people who need excellent lawyering.
In addition to practicing in the DC metro, I am a part-time resident of the Eastern Shore, and am particularly interested in taking cases in Eastern Shore counties on both the Maryland and Virginia sides of Delmarva. We have found that more rural areas of Maryland and Virginia frequently do not have access to quality legal services, and we would like to be your attorneys if you need legal help on the Eastern Shore.
