Daniel L. Ellis is an Attorney in Knoxville, Tennessee where he represents employees in Department of Energy Security Clearance Hearings and Appeals, represents parents of children with special needs get appropriate educational services for their children. Daniel represents businesses and individuals in General Civil Litigation. Daniel also has experience representing claimants in Social Security Disability cases, representing children as a Guardian Ad Litem in Juvenile Court, representing a Charter School, and representing adults and juveniles who have been accused of crimes. Prior to graduating from University of Tennessee College of Law Daniel was selected the Tennessee Bar Association’s Law Student Volunteer of the Year. Daniel serves on the Board of Directors for the Emory Valley Center, a non-profit agency serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Daniel is also a member of the Tennessee, Knoxville, and Anderson County Bar Associations and is a member of the Hamilton Burnett Chapter of the American Inn of Court.
