Daniel Jovanov practices primarily in the areas of construction and commercial litigation. He has represented developers, property owners, community associations, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in both state and federal court on matters such as lien claims, performance and payment bond claims, contract disputes, construction defect claims, property disputes, replevin actions and claims brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Mr. Jovanov also has experience representing clients with issues that arise in both public and private construction projects. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jovanov spent several years with another South Florida law firm focusing on construction, commercial and civil litigation matters. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Jovanov worked for a South Florida shell subcontractor.
