Claimed Lawyer ProfileQ&A
Biography

I defend all criminal accusations with the upmost seriousness, thoroughness and relentless determination to win.

I do this because whether the government is charging you with a misdemeanor or felony, it is threatening to take away your most invaluable and irreplaceable possessions: your rights, your freedom, your reputation, contact with your family and friends, and indeed your very life.

Even in cases where jail or prison is not part of a sentence, probation can limit your freedom and take away basic Constitutional rights. Your right to privacy - to refuse to consent to a warrantless search of your person, home, possessions, and vehicle - can be taken away from you. A criminal conviction can harm jobs and careers; it can limit employment opportunities. If you are not a United States citizen, it can subject you to deportation.

To defend against those and other possible consequences, your case deserves a thorough review and full legal defense analysis that takes into account not only all of the evidence police and prosecutors believe they have collected against you.

It absolutely must also include all of the evidence available from listening to you and coming to an understanding of your version of the incident by a smart and tough defense attorney who is willing, able, and prepared to take your case all the way to trial if you choose to do so.

Q. I need to clear up a bench Warrent in south lake tahoe but I live in vegas
A: Contact the court clerk to ask that your case be put on the court's calendar at the next available date. Unless you hire a private attorney, you will have to appear in court at that time, unless the court allows video appearances. Ask the clerk. With an active bench warrant, you are subject to arrest until the warrant is recalled when the court next hears your case. Good luck.
Q. What do I do if my job had me arrested for stealing merchandise from the warehouse
A: If you are serious about defending yourself and protecting your legal rights and interests, then one of the things you can do to get a head start against the prosecutor is to hire a criminal law defense attorney as soon as possible. Another thing you can do is to exercise your Fifth Amendment right against self- incrimination by refusing to make any statements to law enforcement (and to anyone else, except your attorney) about the incident. Good luck.
Q. I was pulled over for, "licence plate out". I was pulled out of my car because the 2 cops(with guns) saw a knife on my
A: The search may have been unlawful. If so, evidence obtained will be inadmissible in court. But to be sure, an attorney will have to review the facts of the incident as stated in the police report, as well as discuss the incident in full with you. A delayed or unadministered Miranda warning may be relevant if you made an incriminating statement while in what is called "custodial detention." Good luck.
